It is with deep pleasure that I welcome all the aspirants of knowledge to Morigaon College—the premier institution of higher education in Morigaon district. In keeping with its mission and vision, the College is aimed at igniting young minds towards acquiring knowledge in diverse fields thereby contributing towards a progress-oriented society with committed individuals. To bring this into effect, a dedicated team of teachers and staff works diligently towards character building, enhancing efficiency and self realization of the students. “A nation is advanced in proportion to education and intelligence spread among the masses”, these words of Swami Vivekananda ring true to our hearts and mind. I am hopeful that going through this website, one would be able to explore more about the college and gain further insights. To cater to the diversified interests of the students and to increase their skill and efficiency, the College has introduced an array of seventeen add-on courses for the Under Graduate students in the session 2021-2022. Students are now required to complete two add-on courses in addition to the Programmes they are enrolled in. With a lush green campus sprawling across 30 bighas, Morigaon College offers a healthy atmosphere for academic exercise and interaction. The state of the art library facilities, indoor stadium, gymnasium are aimed at achieving all round development of the students. Come and explore yourself!
